(
Swimmers must enter one or more individual events to be eligible to enter on a relay team.  The names and athlete ID numbers for each relay member are required.)

Entries: Swimmers who will be representing a team, warming up with a team, hanging out with a team, or are in any way affiliated with a team, please submit your entries as a team using Hy-Tek, and not individually. This will facilitate planning warm-up lane assignments and is also a great way to avoid the relay deck entry rush on the day of the meet by submitting your relay team entries in advance. Any questions about this procedure should be directed to the entry chairman before submitting your entries.

Swimmers age 8 & under may enter a maximum of five events plus one relay event. Swimmers age 9 & over may enter a
maximum of four individual events plus two relays per day. Please submit entry times in the course swam (SCY, SCM, LCM) for all entries. DO NOT CONVERT times as all time conversions will be done by the entry chairman. "N.T." entries for individual events will be rejected as it is expected all athletes have previously swum each event they are entering. Athletes entering as individuals and not with a team, please use the individual entry form. All teams, please submit entries by email to the entry chairman using Hy-Tek Meet Manager meet entries template. All electronic entries must include a softcopy printout of the team entry report, team roster, preparer’s name and phone number, and coach’s name, address & phone number. Athletes will be required to provide proof of age with either a copy of a driver's license, passport, birth certificate or a USA Swimming athlete registration number. This must be sent to the Entry Chairman. The attached athlete registration & waiver form must be signed and submitted by the entry deadline for all athletes. Due to facility space and time limitations, the State Games of America (SGA) reserves the right to limit participation to the first 180 swimmers entered for each session. Entries will be processed in the order received. Deck entries for individual events are not permitted. Relay entries must be submitted electronically using Hy-Tek or deck entered at the meet.

Relay Events: Deck entries for relay events will be accepted by the clerk of course no later than one hour after the beginning of each session. “N.T.” entries for relays will be accepted, however, you are encouraged to aggregate your individual swimmers’ times to come up with a relay entry time as this will enable you to obtain a better seeding as relays with entry times will receive preference in seeding. Swimmers must enter one or more individual events to be eligible to enter on a relay team. All relay teams must have four separate swimmers, consisting of at least one male and at least one female swimmer. Relay swimmers can be from any combination of teams and/or unattached. A maximum of one swimmer outside the designated age group will be permitted on each relay. For example, an 11-12 mixed relay may include one swimmer age 9, or age 15, or age 22 or age 80!

Entry Fees: $15.00 for the first swimming event (includes athlete surcharge) and $5.00 for each additional individual event. $40.00 for each relay event. Please make checks payable to: State Games of America. NO REFUNDS except for entries received after the entry deadline and entries rejected due to sessions or events being filled.

This meet is held under approval of Colorado Swimming, Inc. of USA Swimming # 2007-002A.

Rules: Current USA Swimming rules (www.usaswimming.org) will govern this meet. Age as of August 3, 2007 will determine the swimmer's age group. All events are timed finals and will be pre-seeded.
