Competition Rules and Format: This is a USA Powerlifting sanctioned tournament. USA Powerlifting membership is required for both bench press only competition and the full meet competition. The full meet competition consists of the squat, bench press and deadlift. Athletes not wishing to compete in the full meet may register for the bench press only competition. Annual and event memberships ($15) will be available on-site and at www.usapowerlifting.com. Rules of USA Powerlifting and the International Powerlifting Federation (IPF) regarding platform apparel (which includes weightlifting belts, suits, singlets, t-shirts, shoes, knee wraps and wrist wraps) and performance will be followed including drug testing. A complete list of the above rules of performance and the required clothing can be found at the IPF website: www.powerlifting-ipf.com.

4:00 p.m. - Pre-Opening Ceremony Festivities begin at the World Arena
6:00 p.m. - Opening Ceremony Gates open
7:00 p.m. - Opening Ceremony begins

Saturday, August 1
8:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Weigh-Ins - MUST BE PRESENT IF COMPETING THIS DAY
10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Male and Female Teenage, Women’s Open and Masters

Sunday, August 2
8:00 - 10:00 a.m. - Weigh-Ins - MUST BE PRESENT IF COMPETING THIS DAY
