Competition Site: Ft. Carson Golf Club (Cheyenne Shadows Golf Club) - (Bldg. 7800), Titus Boulevard,
                            Fort Carson, (719) 526-4122 (From I-25 and Academy Boulevard (Exit 135), go 2 miles west to
                            Hwy 115. Turn south and go past Gate 1 to Gate 5. Turn left and go 1/2 mile to the course
                            on the left. **For admittance into Ft. Carson, a driver’s license, vehicle registration and vehicle
                            insurance must be shown, along with ID for all passengers.

Registration Deadline (July 11); Youth Fee: $35, Adult Fee: $50 - Registration fee includes green fee & cart for
youth (16+ with a drivers license) & adults. Range balls and meals may be purchased on-site.

Competition Rules and Format: U.S. Golf Association rules (www.usga.org) will govern competition. The Commissioner has the right to combine or create divisions based on the number of athletes and handicap. Tournament format will be individual stroke play, 18 hole tournament. Tee boxes will be based on age, gender and handicap. Athletes can play according to their age group OR handicap. Actual pairings for all age groups will be based on handicap. Include USGA handicap or average score, in the sport-specific section of the registration form, for the last three months when registering. Commissioners may adjust handicaps during the event at their discretion. Medals will be awarded for low gross scores in each division.

Dress Code: Proper golf attire required: collared shirts with sleeves, mock turtlenecks, long or short sleeved, tailored slacks, or shorts. Women may wear acceptable length tailored shorts, slacks, skirts and/or capri pants. Each golfer must wear soft spikes or soft-soled athletic shoes. No t-shirts, swim suits, sweat suits, running shorts, blue jeans, denim of any kind; cut off pants, tank tops and halter tops.

Adult volunteers or parents will be needed to drive the golf carts for the youth under 16 years of age.
