Participant Entry Fees and Deadlines: Registration Deadline (received by July 18, 5:00 p.m.); Fee: $250 per team

Note: Men's Recreational is for teams that play primarily in recreational leagues. State Games of the West reserves the right to cancel, combine or re-assign teams to divisions. Teams who register for the wrong division may be disqualified at the discretion of the Commissioner.

General Guidelines: Out-of-state teams must use the same exact team name from qualifying State Games
competition for verification purposes. Out-of-state sanctioned teams must e-mail or fax a document from their
State Association verifying their sanctioned level with their registration information. Roster is limited to 16 players.
Each individual player will be registered by his/her coach and must sign the roster/waiver; if under 18 a
guardian must sign the roster/waiver. Team coaches must complete a team entry form with roster/waiver signed
by each player.

Competition Format: USSSA rules (www.usssa.com) will govern this competition. Teams will be guaranteed a
minimum of 3 games, weather permitting.

Dress Code: Steel cleats will not be permitted in any division; no exceptions.

Thursday , July 24 - Opening Ceremony Activities
4:00 p.m. - Pre-Opening Ceremony Festivities begin at the World Arena
6:00 p.m. - Opening Ceremony Gates open
7:00 p.m. - Opening Ceremony begins

Saturday, July 26
8:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Sunday, July 27
8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
